LEARN GUN RANGE RULES AND SAFETY FOR THE OPTIMAL EXPERIENCE
1. Proper Attire
Proper attire is vital for your safety. No open toe or heeled shoes are permitted on the range.
2. Safety Test
First you’ll need to first complete a short safety test. SG Range requires every shooter take this test annually to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of our range rules and proper etiquette for others. You can do this upon your arrival or you can save time and do it online.
3. Waiver
Start your waiver now If you are a novice or a first-time shooter, don’t worry about it. We have expertly trained staff available to give you a more in-depth safety brief and help make you more comfortable with firearms and range safety. We are here to ensure you have the best experience possible.
4. Eye and Ear Protection
We do require safety glasses and over-ear hearing protection to be worn at all times.
5. Rental Gun Policy
If you are going to rent a firearm from us, know that we cannot rent to a single shooter. You’ll need to have another person with you or your own personal firearm on the range in order to rent one from us. You must have a valid government state ID or passport with you as it is needed to rent a firearm.
6. Firearm and Ammo Review
If you are bringing your own firearm and ammunition with you to the range, it must meet our safety specifications before being allowed on the range. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

8. Permitted Tourists
In compliance with US Federal Law, International tourists visiting the US under the Visa Waiver Program may legally purchase ammunition, rent firearms and/or shoot at Sacramento Gun Range.
