<li>Proper attire is vital for your safety. No open toe or heeled shoes are permitted on the range.</li>
<li>First you’ll need to first complete a short safety test. Poway Weapons &amp; Gear Range requires every shooter take this test annually to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of our range rules and proper etiquette for others. You can do this upon your arrival or you can save time and do it online. <a href="/range/online-waiver/">Start your waiver now</a></li>
<li>If you are a novice or a first-time shooter, don’t worry about it. We have <a href="/about/our-staff/">expertly trained staff</a> available to give you a more in-depth safety brief and help make you more comfortable with firearms and range safety. We are here to ensure you have the best experience possible.</li>
<li>We do require safety glasses and ear protection to be worn at all times.</li>
<li>If you are going to <a href="/range/firearm-rentals/">rent a firearm from us</a>, know that we cannot rent to a single shooter. You’ll need to have another person with you or your own personal firearm on the range in order to rent one from us.</li>
